While many of our distributors may offer to ship direct to the customer, we do have a drop ship policy in place to ensure that you receive the mattress in a timely manner.
Our mattresses ship worldwide directly from our manufacturing plant in the Thousand Oaks/Agoura Hills area of Ventura County, California.
*We offer limited free shipping on our Serene™ and Original™ models to most of our customers in the continental U.S. Additional shipping fee to Hawaii and Alaska. Our Serene™
and Original™ Mattresses use a high quality, lower density foam to give a luxurious feel while keeping the price point low, and making it easier to ship. We have decided to
pass these savings on to you and offer free shipping on these models to help you get the most for your money. Please call us to get a quote.
Mattresses
To prevent any unnecessary damage from occurring, we do not roll any of our mattresses. Shipping is done via special carrier. Shipping times vary by location and shipping method. All mattresses are wrapped in protective plastic and placed in sturdy constructed boxes. For specific shipping costs, call us directly for more information. All mattresses are made-to-order, please allow 2 - 3 weeks for manufacturing. Product shipping time in transit via special carrier is aproximately 4 - 6 days but can vary depending on your location and current conditions, so is only an estimate. Manufacturing times are only an estimate and are not guaranteed, please call for more information.
