The Tempflow and Tempur-Pedic are both more dense and in a different class than the bed-in-the-box mattresses that use a lighter foam and won't hold up nearly as well. Between the two (brands), I did tend to like the Tempflow a little bit better, as a side and stomach sleeper it offers the support and softness with that contouring right away and also better edge support that lets me sleep right up to the edge of the bed.

Yes! The patented Airflow Transfer System has been implemented in order to channel your own body’s heat away from you while allowing cooler air to flow through the top layer for a cooling effect. Other mattresses may claim to have ventilation on the surface, but with no airflow channels underneath, there can be no open circulation effect. Other mattresses claim to have airflow underneath the memory foam, but it is a well-known fact that good quality, high-density memory foam does not breath well.
